Built for real results
I didn’t come into this from a textbook.
I’ve spent over two decades in sport, from basketball to MMA and kickboxing, competing, losing, rebuilding, and learning the hard way what actually works.
But the physical side was only part of it.
I’ve dealt with my own battles mentally. Misdiagnosed with depression and anxiety for years, and later understanding I have ADHD.
That changes how you approach everything. Motivation, consistency, discipline… it’s not as simple as people make it sound.
And that’s where most coaching gets it wrong.
It focuses on perfect plans, not real life.
